HFM was upgraded to version 126.96.36.199 on an Exalytics server. HFM was then patched to PSU103.
Although both the upgrade, and patch application, were successful, no user can access the applications. The following error message is displayed:
Additionally, attempts to create a new application take 30 minutes to complete.
The WebLogic AdminServer verifies that the HFMWeb0 server is RUNNING. The xfmdatasource.exe starts successfully, but crashes when trying to connect to the data source.
Upgraded to 188.8.131.52 and then applied the PSU103 patch.
