OBIEE 12c: Executing The stop.cmd On Windows Script Fails With Error "The syntax of the command is incorrect" (Doc ID 2113780.1)

Symptoms

On Windows, when running <DomainHome>/bitools/bin/stop.cmd to stop OBIEE 12.2.1.0.0, it appears to stop the processes; however the script outputs following error:
