OBIEE 12c: Executing The stop.cmd On Windows Script Fails With Error "The syntax of the command is incorrect" (Doc ID 2113780.1)

On Windows, when running <DomainHome>/bitools/bin/stop.cmd to stop OBIEE, it appears to stop the processes; however the script outputs following error:


BI_PRODUCT_HOME set as C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\bi\
ORACLE_HOME set as C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home
Starting domain; Using domainHome: C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\bi\bin\..\..
