Symptoms
As per the design, Process units can be promoted only if their calculation status is OK, OK SC, or NODATA and Validation account amount is equal to zero in Hyperion Financial Management(HFM). However a cell with NODATA is not getting Promoted to the next Review Level when promoting in Process Control module. HFM Shows the below error when promoting NODATA Cells.
Error : Contribution needs to be calculated for one or more parents.
