Information in this document applies to any platform.
On 126.96.36.199.x and above versions (including 188.8.131.52.x) of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Analytics, when trying to export or print an analysis to PDF with the width of the PDF being larger than 200 inches,the below are noticed:
- The PDF cannot be displayed OR the PDF is displayed as blank.
- When trying to preview the PDF using the 'Print to PDF' option, the following error is displayed:
Error Codes: WK3ESEHY
Location: saw.httpserver.processrequest, saw.rpc.server.responder, saw.rpc.server, saw.rpc.server.handleConnection, saw.rpc.server.dispatch, saw.threadpool.socketrpcserver, saw.threads
- When trying to export the report to PDF, the following error is displayed:
There was an error processing your download.
Please check with your administrator.
- The issue is likely to occur when trying to print or export a report with many columns, to a PDF.
