ORA Error, such as ORA-12514,ORA-942,ORA-1652, is NOT logged in the nqserver.log once applied Boundle Patch

[2016-01-04T15:48:21.000+09:00] [OracleBIServerComponent] [ERROR:1] [] [] [ecid: 005A7m1kyBYFW7a5tNk3yX00057X0000Ol,0:1:1:9:6] [tid: 46b6a940] [nQSError: 17010] SQL statement preparation failed. [[
[nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 942, message: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
at OCI call OCIStmtExecute.

In the case of the following versions, ORA error IS logged in the nqserver.log. ($INSTANCE_HOME/diagnostics/logs/OracleBIServerComponent/coreapplication_obis1/nqserver.log)
