Symptoms

Data Relationship Management (DRM) Unable To Communicate To The Foundation Shared Services ( CSS/HSS)

When user log in their domain accounts and password, they get the below message, because the CSS on Primary node is NOT able to communicate to the foundation Shared Services for authentication.

Event Viewer Logs have following details sometimes

[Process ID: 9864, Thread ID: 4, DRM Service]
The following error occurred communicating with the CSS Bridge: The creator of this fault did not specify a Reason.

Changes

 The DRM services are being started using an administrator domain service account.
