W_GL_BALANCE_F is not getting updated properly.
Ran an INITIAL FULL LOAD ON 11/28/2015, at that time two records were created.
Then ran incremental load on 01/16/2016, at that time again two new records were inserted.
Again ran incremental load on 02/13/2016, then the rows that were inserted 01/16/2016 were updated.
But on 02/13/2016 two new rows were also inserted.

Noticed at the time of INITIAL FULL LOAD, integration id was 'GL~1~2592201~NOV-15~DEBIT~A~N~USD~USD~', so that means BEQ was populated at that time. Now the BEQ are coming NULL.
