Symptoms

Source Application drop-down list is blank in the Import Application feature.

The following error is generated and captured in the oracle-epm-fm.log (i.e. DiskDrive\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\HFMWeb(n)\logs\hfm):
