OBIEE 11g: New View Menu Is Inaccessible When Using Internet Explorer Enterprise Mode

New View menu is inaccessible when using Internet Explorer (IE) in Enterprise Mode when editing an Analysis.
When clicking on the menu, it immediately disappears and the view type cannot be selected.
Issue does not occur when not using Enterprise Mode in IE or using Firefox.
