Exalytics and EPM FR 11.1.2.4 - Reports Fail with "Essbase Error (1007090): Unknown Member Name [null] In Outline Query] ... Cannot Find Dimension ..." (Doc ID 2129925.1)

When using Oracle EPM Financial Reports (FR) 11.1.2.4 on an Exalytics, Linux server, an error is encountered when opening EPM Workspace -> Explore Financial Reports -> "Balance sheet"

(path /Financial Reports/ACME/Balance Sheet):

Error executing query: Error: Select members failed [Cannot query members by name: Essbase Error (1007090): Unknown member name [null] in outline query].

Followed by:

Cannot find dimension ACME_CURRENCY

This happens for some users, but not all. It happens on all reports and all users have the same permissions.  It does not happen for the Admin user.

While this error occurred on an Exalytics server, it may occur on any EPM FR environment and not just those installed on Exalytics.
