When Using IE11 for Hyperion Planning Unable To Load or Edit Dimension Library BSO Formula Error: "Please try reloading the script component again." (Doc ID 2132090.1)

Within EPM 11.1.2.3.701 Dimension Library, upon opening a BSO formula, customer receives an on-screen error message: "Please try reloading the script component again."

It was determined that this issue is specific to IE11..... Firefox can successfully open BSO formulas within Dimension Library. But customer has colleagues who can open BSO Formulas using IE11.

The specific behavior that is seen when using IE11:

1. Customer opens Dimension Library
2. Customer clicks on the ellipsis (...) in the Member Formula(BSO) field.
3. A formula editing window opens but no formula is shown
4. 5-10 seconds later, the following error message is thrown on-screen.... "Please try reloading the script component again"

Expected Behavior:
The formula editing window opens and the formula is shown and can be edited.
