12c Migration Error: An Error Occurred: Sealing Violation: Package Is Sealed (Doc ID 2132124.1)

Following the steps to import my 11g jar file to my 12c environment that I created and I get the following message


OBIEE Version :

Platform : Linux x86-64

The following Migration tool command was run to do import from 11g jar file to my 12c environment:

java -jar bi-migration-tool.jar in /u01/app/oracle/product/fmw /u01/app/oracle/admin/hrbi_test01/aserver/hrbi_test01/bifoundation_domain /obieeinstall/Migration/BI11g.jar ssi

The command errored out with the following error message

Logging to: /u01/app/oracle/admin/hrbi_test01/aserver/hrbi_test01/bifoundation_domain/bilogs/migration/migration-2016-04-25-12-42-24.log
RPD password is required for migration

About to close down logging to: /u01/app/oracle/admin/hrbi_test01/aserver/hrbi_test01/bifoundation_domain/bilogs/migration/migration-2016-04-25-12-42-24.log
This is so that the log file can be archived into the diagnostics zip
Any remaining log entries will go to '/tmp/migration.log', and will not appear in the diagnostics zip
An error occurred: sealing violation: package is sealed
Log file may contain more detail: /u01/app/oracle/admin/hrbi_test01/aserver/hrbi_test01/bifoundation_domain/bilogs/migration/migration-2016-04-25-12-42-24.log
