OBIEE 12c: After OBIEE Upgrade To 12c And Successful Import Of JAR File, No Dashboards Are Found And Roles Displayed In My Account -> Roles And Catalog Groups Are Incorrect (Doc ID 2136365.1)

Symptoms

Able to successfully install OBIEE 12c on Linux and use the Sample Sales dashboard and Visual Analyzer. Create a JAR file of the old 11.1.1.7.140114 application and successfully migrate/import that JAR file into the 12c environment.

Login to BI Analytics as the weblogic user, but do not see any of the dashboards (neither the application nor the previously seen Sample Sales dashboards).

Also when logged as the weblogic user in Enterprise Manager, do not find any of the application roles from 11g.
Can see that the users and groups from 11g (LDAP Active Directory) are migrated because they displayed in Weblogic Console as well as in Enterprise Manager.
