User Is Unable To Open Hyperion Financial Reports (Doc ID 2137321.1)

Specific user reports issue opening FR reports in prod environment with his ID. Same user can run reports when using a a test id with same provision.

User with same ID can run the report in test environment. Importing the report from test to prod does not resolve the issue.
