Login to EM -> Business Intelligence -> Target Navigation (icon in top left that looks like a hierarchy) -> Business Intelligence -> biinstance -> Overview tab -> Diagnostics section.
the following error occurs, even though all the services are running and OBIEE is fully functional.
[nQSError: 28031] Error: Cannot open the file: /u01/app/obiee/user_projects/domains/bi/bidata/components/obis/instance_mapping/obish1/mapping
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EM
2. Click on Business Intelligence
3. Click on Target Navigation (icon in top left that looks like a hierarchy)
4. Click on Business Intelligence
5. Click on biinstance
6. Click on the Overview tab
7. Look at the Diagnostics section and the error can be seen
