OBIEE 11g: Unable to Click Sort Icon in 11.1.1.9

Symptoms
Sort icon in 11.1.1.9 points to somewhere else for the certain table views, and you can not sort the column you want to.
1. Create a table view.
2. [Data Viewing] property is set to "Fixed headers with scrolling content."
3. Edit [Analysis Properties]
Go to [Data] tab and set [Hierarchy Display] to "Parent values after children"
4. Click Revenue column.
You find the sort icon is on the column Per Name Year and not on the Revenue column in 11.1.1.9.
In 11.1.1.7, it works as expected.
