capi.sh を使用して Discoverer 11g の接続を作成すると、"Access Denied"が発生する (Doc ID 2140264.1)

現象

Discoverer 11.1.1.7 の使用で下記のエラーが発生します。

Discoverer 接続の作成は動作しません。

createPrivateDisco.sh - AccessControlException: access denied

説明: Discoverer で新しい接続(/home/oracle/scripts/createPrivateDisco.sh)を作成する時に、下記のエラーが発生します。 (接続は有効ではない):
