After Updating A Group In The Database Authenticator, The Changes Are Delayed Before Displaying in OBIEE > 'My Account' (Doc ID 2141869.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Latency in updating the security on OBIEE.

An Administrator updates the group (e.g. - the group name) in the group member table in the authentication database.
The changes show up immediately in the Weblogic Console; however, in OBIEE > , they are seeing a delay (latency) when logging into OBIEE > My Accounts

For example,  any group added or removed from the table it is taking around an hour to get it updated in the analytics.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Adding or removing a group from the table should be immediate in analytics.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBIEE Analytics.
2. Choose Administration.
3. Update group or group member, this can take up to an hour.
