Goal

trying to apply a Time Limit on the OCE Connection when creating the same via Interactive Reporting Studio (Tools--> Connection --> Create) to ODBC source.

in the Database Connection Wizard set the time filter parameter to a value greater than one minute.

But the query runs for a longer time than the value set in the time filter.
