Internet Explorer Error when Business Rule Runs Longer than Six Minutes (Doc ID 2141986.1)

Symptoms

In IE11, an error appears, "To display the message again, the web browser needs to resend the information you've previously submitted..."  It does not matter when clicking on Retry or cancel - the business rules window stays open.
