SmartView does not work in Windows 2010 With Excel PowerPivot.

Smart View only works if Excel PowerPivot is uninstalled. If both are installed neither SmartView or PowerPivot show in the ribbon. Smart View, when working alone, works correctly but not with Excel PowerPivot active. When they are both active (and not showing in the ribbon) they show as active in the add-ins page. The only way the user is able to restore functionality is to uninstall PowerPivot, delete PowerPivot registry keys and restart the computer.

It works fine with PowerPivot disabled. Also, if turn off the Smart View add-in and turn off the PowerPivot add-in, it also works. But then when open it back up, Smart View has turned itself back on, meaning Smart View and PowerPivot are enabled and visible in the ribbon. But if close out and reopen after everything is enabled together, you lose all of the ribbons.
