You are performing analysis for unexplained difference. When you try to apply filter for the unexplained difference, Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) seems to be doing something and
continues to display the spinning wheel without providing the output for the filter. The process gets hung for you. You have to perform the following steps in order to use it again.
1. Log out from Workspace
2. Clear browser history/cache settings
3. Login back to Workspac and clearing user settings for ARM.
a. From Workspace, select Navigate->Applications->Financial Close Management->Close Manager
b. From the menu bar, select Manage->Users
c. In the Manage users window, select a user and click on the edito icon (Pencil)
d. Click on the Clear Settings button
