OBIEE 11g - Not "Pegging" A Gauge Needle That Falls Above Or Below A Max/Min For The Gauge (Doc ID 2145882.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 28, 2019

Applies to:

Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition - Version to [Release 11g]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Using OBIEE Version and have created a dashboard page with 5 different dial gauges that represent different metrics comparing actual (needle) to budget (dial) data.  A min and max range has been specified for each of the dial gauges.

However, whenever the value falls above the maximum or below the minimum, the gauge needle disappears.

This was not the case in 10g.  When the value was above or below the gauge needle would be "pegged" at the maximum or minimum value of the dial.
