OBIEE 11g: Scheduler Is Not Starting Properly After Configuring SSL (Doc ID 2147006.1)

While configuring SSL for OBIEE as per steps in document OBIEE11g: SSL Setup and Configuration (Doc ID 1326781.1) completed until Managed server SSL configuration, the following error appears in the nqscheduler.log file when starting the Scheduler:

The Scheduler starts for few seconds then goes to initialize and then stops and same process again.
