Symptoms

You've launched Excel and connected to Reporting And Analysis through a Shared Connection in Smart View.  You select an FR report to import, but after completing the import wizard, you see the error: "Error Accessing Import Data".

Environment is configured with SSL Offloading (SSL communication terminated at load balancer or OHS Web Server.)

If you connect via the non-SSL port, the import completes successfully.
