On: Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition

After restarting the BI Server not able to login to the Presentations services, showing Invalid username/password error.

When checked in Console found that the WSM-PM services is not started

It is due to the following error at bi_server1.out

WSM-06102 Invalid policy reference
