Symptoms

Getting error when using OBIEE 11.1.1.7.150120+ with Internet Explorer (IE) 11 on an Exalytics server. When trying to view the table, the first 20 rows (5 columns) displays fine but user is unable to scroll up and down.
After repeatedly clicking the scroll bar, the display does not move and an error occurs:

IE message from webpage:

"trimBuffer is removing all blocks due to no overlap. This is unexpected 1 1 0 1 1 1"

This problem happens in table view report when IE zoom level is set to 125%.
If the IE view options are changed to 100%, this does not happen.
