Trying to Deploy RPD:

when trying to upload RPD from Enterprise Manager(EM) it doesn't upload the RPD.
On further investigation it was found that BI Services Component doesn't appear in EM under Farm_bifoundation_domain>Business Intelligence>coreapplication>availability none of the BI Services Component appears.
