Symptoms

You have w_acct_budget_f fact stage deriving gl_account_id properly and w_gl_account_d has appropriate account_seg5_integration_id as well. However, w_gl_segment_d do not have respective records with the integration_id referred in the w_gl_account_d populated.

This is causing the gl_segment5_wid to be derived as 0 in the fact W_ACCT_BUDGET_F.
