On BDA 4.5/CDH 5.7.1 running "bdacli enable bdd" fails at "Bdd::Run_bdd_installer/Exec[bdd_setup]".  The error looks like:

************************************
Error [15164]: (//bdanode05.example.com//Stage[do_install]/Bdd::Run_bdd_installer/Exec[bdd_setup]/returns) change from notrun to 0 failed: /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/bdd_setup.sh &> /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/bdd_setup_1466454335.out returned 1 instead of one of [0]
************************************

Other symptoms reported on Node 5 of the cluster:

1. On Node 5, /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/bdd_setup_1466454335.out, reports:

[Mammoth] running bdd installer...

[Mammoth] bda install detected
[Installer] Validating the cluster configuration file......Success

[Installer] Installing BDD version 1.2.2.33.932...
cat: /tmp/bdd/version.txt: No such file or directory
[Installer] Error! Incorrect BDD release package version. Please use BDD release
package version 1.2.2.33.932

2. The package version 1.2.2.33.932 is correct.

3. The BDD_VERSION in: /opt/oracle/bdd/bdd.conf is also correctly stated as: BDD_VERSION=1.2.2.33.932

4. The log files at: /tmp/bdd_logs_<ID>.zip, e.g. /tmp/bdd_logs_1466162061.zip, show that everything is fine up to the point of the error.
