You've configured ARM to send users emails for certain events, but these emails are not being received. When you login to the Enterprise Manager console and expand "User Messaging Services" > usermessagingserver(soa_server1), an error is seen: "Status Code: DELIVERY_TO_DRIVER_FAILURE". The following message is also seen: "Status Message: No matching drivers found for sender address = EMAIL:...".
