In Financial Close Manager (FCM), Schedule Remains As Pending If The Owner Is Deprovisioned In Shared Services

You have removed an FCM user from Shared Services. This user was assigned as the owner of at least one schedule. After this is done, all schedules are stuck in pending status, regardless of their owners. The FCM log file shows errors: "EPMCSS-00301: Failed to authenticate user. Invalid credentials. Enter valid credentials.".
The following steps will incur the issue:
1. Create a schedule (Sch1) with TestUser1 as the owner and open the schedule.
2. Create another schedule (Sch2) with TestUser2 as the owner and open the schedule.
3. In the Shared Services console, delete TestUser1.
4. Back in the FCM UI, if you verify the status of the schedules, both will be in Pending and will remain that way.
