While executing a full load Load Plan, found that SDE_FUSION_10_ADAPTOR_SDE_FUSION_PARTYORGANIZATIONDIMENSION returned successfully but it rejected all records.

The error message for rejected records is:

 Apparently one of the interface within the scenario tries insert '__UNASSIGNED__' (14) value to PRIMARY_PHONE_AREA_CODE column. You can find log file of the session as attached.
