Symptoms

When running  the CubeRefresh Utility and encounter the error below

CubeRefresh.cmd /A:Vision /U:admin /D /R

Enter administrator password:
Cube refresh failed with error: java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: <HOST_IP>; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
