Second Login Prompt When Accessing Financial Close Manager (FCM) And Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) From Workspace (Doc ID 2160592.1)

1. Using native accounts only. External provider such as Microsoft Active Directory (MSAD) is not yet configured in Shared Services or Weblogic.
2. The same native accounts exist in Shared Services and Weblogic.


You have established a successful login to Workspace. You are now trying to access FCM Close Manager or Account Reconciliation Manager from Workspace, but when you select either of these from the Navigate menu, you receive an additional login prompt.
