"Oracle Hyperion Reporting And Analysis Framework" Agent Service Is Not Starting Correctly After Server Reboot

You have rebooted the server that hosts your Oracle Hyperion Reporting And Analysis Framework agent service.  As you are starting up the EPM services, the agent service does not start.  The Windows Services panel briefly shows that a status of Started, but after a minute or so, it stops.

In the Agent log (usually located under Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\diagnostics\logs\ReportingAnalysis), an error is seen: "No agent is configured from HIT registry, please make sure the registry is configured properly".
