Signon Performance Degradation When OAM and OID Are Enabled

After configuring OID - 22.214.171.124.0 and OAM - 126.96.36.199.0 for OBIEE 188.8.131.52.x, you had intermittent performance issue that users login takes more than 10 mins.
OBIEE was hanging intermittent while doing the authorization against OID and OBIEE or WebLogic was stuck on something and waiting to authorize the user after SSO authentication.
