EPM Workspace Page Is Displayed As Blank With A Validation Report Error: "Required files are not found in the RAF Logical Web App component" (Doc ID 2166382.1)

Symptoms

For a new EPM installation and configuration, the EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) workspace page comes blank.

Attempting to run the EPM Validation Utility (validate.bat/validate.sh), the generated instance_report_<TimeStamp>.html report shows the below quoted RAF (Reporting and Analysis Framework) error:

FAILED RA: Reporting and Analysis Check if all required Workspace configuration files exist under the RAF Logical Web App component.
Error: Required files are not found in the RAF Logical Web App component.
Recommended Action: Ensure that you ran the config tool and configured the RAF Web App component.
