OBIEE12c: After Horizontal Cluster, BI_Server2 Fails And Starts In ADMIN Mode

Symptoms
- On : 12.2.1.1.0 version, Analytics
- OBIEE12c Clustered environment installation
After scaling out by running clone_bi_machine.sh on node 1 and unpack.sh on node2, bi_server2 fails to start and runs in ADMIN Mode
The bi_server2.log has the following error for all java application and library deployments:
Caused By: javax.management.InvalidAttributeValueException: Unable to create path to /export/[BIHOST1]/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/bi/bifoundation/jee/xxxxxx.ear
