The Role Tree Does Not Expand In Shared Services (Doc ID 2166945.1)

Symptoms

When going into Shared Services -> Native Directory -> Groups -> select a group -> Provision, it shows "Available Roles" as "Foundation" or "Reporting and Analysis". If you expand "Reporting and Analysis", it shows "Reporting and Analysis" with a different symbol to the left. If you try and expand the lower "Reporting and Analysis", you just get an endless spinning cursor and nothing comes back.

Using Internet Explorer 11 and EPM 11.1.2.3.500
