Exalytics - Data Load on Essbase 11.1.2.4 Taking Longer than Running Same Data Load on non-Exalytics Essbase 11.1.2.3 Server

Symptoms
Recently upgraded and migrated Essbase application to Exalytics bare metal server with Linux 6.6 and Essbase 11.1.2.4.0.79. After doing this, data loads from Oracle Database to Essbase on Exalytics are taking 15 minutes while the same data load on a non-Exalytics server takes 3 minutes.
The non-Exalytics server is using Essbase version 11.1.2.3.0.26 on Linux Server. The source database is the same for both Exalytics and non-Exalytics servers. The Exalytics server also includes EPM Weblogic, HSS, EAS, APS, Calc Manager, OHS, Planning, FR, Essbase server.
