Only One User Cannot See Graphs And Charts. (Doc ID 2169143.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.1.6.5 version, Analytics


User is not able to see graphs and charts in the reports and all reports are appearing in table like view and as a result drill downs are not working.
Remaining users do not have this issue and this user tried logging in multiple systems and in different browsers like IE, Firefox etc. But this user still has the same issue.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a browser
2. Enter OBIEE URL
3. Login as this user who has this problem.
