On Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, 11g,
When attempting to check the OPMN components status in Enterprise Manager (EM),
- In Fusion Middleware Overview, the Business Intelligence-->coreapplication is Down.
- The status shows 'Empty' and 'Lock and Edit' option is disabled (i.e.,"Grayed out").
- When clicking on coreapplication, then 'No information is shown' about the services and says "Failed to read Central Configuration".
