OBIEE 12c: Unable To Access Log-In Page While sawserver.exe APPCRASH Dialog Appearing on Windows Server 2012/R2 (Doc ID 2174849.1)

Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

Sometimes users cannot access to http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/analytics or Log-In page.    

When you check server machine (Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2012 R2), the following dialog is popped.
sawserver.exe has been crashed; click "Close the program" in the APPCRASH dialog then sawserver.exe will be restarted automatically and work fine.

    

Event log shows the error on a server machine.
