Utility.bat Does Not Work For Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Export (Doc ID 2174975.1)

Symptoms

When users use utility.bat for automating the LCM export for HFM application, it does not export any artifacts, only the INFO folder gets exported.They have tried this on both PROD and lower environments and get the same problem.

This is specific to HFM and other products are working fine.

 New 11.1.2.4 environment
