Symptoms

HFM consolidations submitted from taskflow are resubmitting and overlapping.

SharedServices_TaskFlow log contains the following entries:

Note the time difference between the HTTP request sending entry and the to return Status 503 return is important. Use the ECID entries to ensure Taskflow log entries are for the same task.

A 2-hour interval is a common interval but 5 and 10 minute intervals are also possible.
