Goal

Reports migrated from 11.1.1.4 to 11.1.2.4.

If you have a blank column in the report, when the report is viewed in the pdf mode, the blank column's header cell is getting merged with the column on the left of it.
The rest of the rows do not show this issue.
HTML mode works fine.

Also the new reports created in 11.1.2.4 are working fine.
