Symptoms

After migrating from OBIEE 11.1.1.9.x to OBIEE 12.2.1.1.0, when trying to access any report or dashboard, the server returns the following error 'nQSError 35029: Unable to evaluate text 0.0 as either true or false '

Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
Error Details
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] Ageneral error has occurred. (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.(HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 43119. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: (HY000)
State: HY000. Code: 35029. [nQSError: 35029] Unable to evaluate text 0.0 as either true or false. (HY000)


After migrating from OBIEE 12.2.1.0.0 to OBIEE 12.2.1.1.0, you may also encounter errors when performing a repository (RPD) consistency check that do not exist in 12.2.1.0.0
