Global Currency Rates for future dates

In BI Apps 7.9.6, Global exchange rates in W_GL_OTHER_F are derived from GL_JE_HEADERS.POSTED_DATE. In BI Apps 11g, this is derived from GL_JE_HEADERS.CURRENCY_CONVERSION_DATE and GL_JE_HEADERS.DEFAULT_EFFECTIVE_DATE. These dates can be in the future.

When the dates are in the future, the mapping is unable to find a related currency conversion rate in W_GLOBAL_EXCH_RATE_G because those rates do not exist yet. As a result, the Global rate columns in W_GL_OTHER_F are null.

For example, a transaction in EBS is created on 7/20/2016 with an Effective Date of 7/31/2016. When it is loaded into W_GL_OTHER_F, it tries to find a conversion rate for 7/31/2016, but that rate does not yet exist in W_GLOBAL_EXCH_RATE_G. This results in all global currency columns being null.
