Error: "Grid Is Not Well Formed" When Refreshing From Smartview connected to HFM (Doc ID 2182298.1)

When connecting via Smartview to HFM and trying to refresh a query, the following message appears:
"Select Dimension to be placed on sheet. Row and column dimension must be different. Don't select dimensions that have already been selected".

If you press "OK", the following error message appears:
"Grid Not well formed."

The problem arises when option "Member Name and Description" is selected in Smartview .
